I started FP Plumbing after 13 years of watching large plumbing companies treat residential work as an afterthought. Dispatch systems, rotating technicians, upsells you didn't ask for, prices you didn't expect. I knew there was a better way to do this.
FP Plumbing was built on one idea: the person you talk to on the phone should be the same person who shows up at your door, diagnoses the problem, does the work, and guarantees it. That's still how we operate today.
Every job I take is one I'm putting my name behind. That keeps me honest, keeps my standards high, and keeps my customers coming back, and sending their neighbours my way.
