Are you licensed for commercial plumbing work in Ontario?
Yes. FP Plumbing is owner-operated by a Red Seal journeyman plumber with 13 years of experience across residential and commercial projects. All work is performed in compliance with the Ontario Plumbing Code and local by-laws. Permits obtained where required.
Do you handle permits for commercial plumbing projects?
Yes. We identify permit requirements during the site assessment and can coordinate permit applications for the work. We do not start work that requires a permit without one in place.
Can you work around our business hours to minimize disruption?
We plan commercial jobs with your schedule in mind. For work that would interrupt operations, we discuss timing up front so you can plan accordingly.
